Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was fantastic value for money, offering massive and very tidy rooms. The staff were amazing to deal with, pleased to accommodate early check-in. The location was convenient, although a bit far from the beach. The dining experience was excellent, featuring lovely local and seasonal products. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town. The rooms were not vacuumed properly, and there were crumbs on the couch in front of the bed. The staff was quick and efficient in resolving any issues. However, the location did not match the photos with a missing cocktail bar. The bistro dining was fantastic, but the breakfast options were limited to frozen bread and cereal. The hotel is close to the main street, but the view from the backside was not appealing. The facilities could be improved, especially the dreary pokies downstairs.
My stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, the dim lighting was a downside. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful staff, although there was a disappointing encounter with rudeness. The location was convenient but not centrally located. The dining options were satisfactory, with some room for improvement. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor drawbacks.
